About SY

I'm SY, a registered real estate negotiator in Kuala Lumpur and the host of the YouTube channel “SY Property 带人看房的 SY”.

My job is simple: I go first, so you don't have to guess. For every project I walk the show unit, the completed homes and the neighbourhood, and film transport, schools, malls, layouts and prices. So far that's 43 projects and 56 videos across KLCC, Mont Kiara, Bangsar, Damansara Heights, Bukit Jalil, Selangor and Johor Bahru.

How I help

• Shortlisting: projects that match your budget, area and goal.
• Viewings: in person in Kuala Lumpur, or by live video from overseas.
• Foreign & MM2H buyers: minimum prices, approvals and the buying process.
• Handover: inspecting your unit and finishing for overseas owners.

Is it free?

Yes. On new launches the developer pays the agent fee, so advice, viewings and comparisons cost you nothing.
